30. DONATION FROM THE ARIZONA COMPANION ANIMAL SPAY/NEUTER COMMITTEE Accept the restricted monetary donation from the Arizona Companion Animal Spay and Neuter Committee, in the amount of $10,000. This restricted donation is to fund the Maricopa County Spay/Neuter Assistance Program. All funds are expected to be expended by August 15, 2012. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations, and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditures of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-79-12-059-D-00)
