25. DONATIONS FROM RAMONA CAULEY, KRISTI ZONA, AND DRUCILLA WYLIE Accept monetary donations from Ramona Cauley of Peoria, AZ in the amount of $400, Kristi Zona of Gilbert, AZ in the amount of $500; and, Drucilla Wylie of Mesa, AZ in the amount of $1,500. Total donations received: $2,400. Donation revenue funds are deposited into Fund 573 as they are received. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations, and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditures of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-79-12-094-D-00)
