29. NEW HOPE AGREEMENT WITH DOBERMAN RESCUE OF NEVADA Approve an Agreement between Doberman Rescue of Nevada, a 501 (c) 3 non-profit corporation, 6380 Golden Goose Lane, Las Vegas, NV 89118, and Maricopa County to allow Doberman Rescue of Nevada under the New Hope Program to rescue animals that have been deemed eligible for the New Hope program. The New Hope dogs will remain in Maricopa County with an affiliate agency. Maricopa County will provide a rabies vaccination, dog license tag and new owner transfer fee within the first year of rescue for each dog three months of age or older at no cost to the Contractor. The cost for these services is $41 for each animal rescued. Animal Care and Control estimates 12 new hope rescues over the term of the agreement, for a total of $492. The term of this Agreement is from August 8, 2012 through June 30, 2015. (C-79-13-005-3-00)
