DONATIONS FROM Tina Beattie, United Dairy of Arizona John Gluth, Teri Peck, and Barbara Minks Accept monetary donations from Tina Beattie of Gilbert, AZ in the amount of $250; United Dairy of Arizona of Tempe, AZ in the amount of $255; John Gluth of Scottsdale, AZ in the amount of $500; Teri Peck of Tempe, AZ in the amount of $500; and, Barbara Minks of Gilbert, AZ in the amount of $594 for the care of the animals. Donations received total $2,099. Donation revenue funds are deposited into Fund 573 as they are received. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations, and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditures of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-79-13-014-D-00)
