32. DONATIONS FROM AVNET CARES, INC. AND FROM MICHAEL GUEST Accept monetary donations from AVNET Cares, Inc. of Tempe, AZ in the amount of $1,036 and from Michael Guest of Phoenix, AZ in the amount of $250 for the care of the animals. Total donations received $1,286. Donation revenue funds are deposited into Fund 573 as they are received. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations, and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditures of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-79-13-044-D-00)
