31. AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH HALO ANIMAL RESCUE Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute Amendment Two of this Amended and Restated License Agreement P-50225 (C-79-13-083-3-00) to allow HALO/Helping Animals Live On Inc. to extend the Agreement term to April 30, 2016 at 11:59pm. This also nullifies any prior notice of termination and eliminates the six month notice of termination. All other provisions of the agreement remain the same. P50225 was approved by the Board of Supervisors on November 28, 2012 (C-79-13-083-3-00). P50225 Amendment One,Amended and Restated License Agreement was approved by the Board of Supervisors on December 13, 2013 (C-79-13-083-3-01). (C-79-13-083-3-02)

44. AMENDMENT TO LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH HALO/HELPING ANIMALS LIVE ON, INC. DBA HALO ANIMAL RESCUE Approve Amendment No. 2 to an Agreement between HALO/Helping Animals Live On, Inc. dba HALO Animal Rescue and Maricopa County through the Animal Care & Control Department. The purpose of this amendment is to extend the term through April 30, 2017, and establish a termination provision. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect. 24. TERMINATE AMENDED AND RESTATED LICENSE AGREEMENT P-50225 WITH HALO/HELPING ANIMALS LIVE ON, INC. DBA HALO ANIMAL RESCUE Approve termination of the Amended and Restated License Agreement P-50225 with Helping Animals Live on, Inc. (“HALO”) operating within the West Valley Animal Care Center 2500 South 27th Avenue, Phoenix effective April 30, 2017. Authorize Animal Care and Control staff to issue notice to HALO of the termination of this agreement. Authorization of the termination affords HALO six-month’s notice to vacate and cease operations as Licensee at the West Valley location. (C-79-13-083-3-04)
