39. INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH THE TOWN OF WICKENBURG FOR FIELD ENFORCEMENT SERVICES Approve Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Maricopa County through Maricopa County Animal Care and Control and the Town of Wickenburg, for Animal Control Field Services. This IGA is effective from January 1, 2013, through June 30, 2016. The Town of Wickenburg agrees to pay full cost recovery for field services for Fiscal Year 2012-2013 estimated to be $4,234 for the third and fourth quarters based on total estimated activity levels of service for this jurisdiction. Also, authorize the Office of Management and Budget to adjust the revenue and expenditures estimated to be $8,467 for FY2013-2014, FY2014-2015 and FY2015-2016, based on service levels. AMENDMENT IGA WITH TOWN OF WICKENBURG FOR FIELD ENFORCEMENT SERVICES Approve the extension of Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Maricopa County through Maricopa County Animal Care and Control and the Town of Wickenburg, for Animal Control Field Services. This IGA extension is effective from July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017. The Town of Wickenburg agrees to pay full cost recovery for field services for Fiscal Year 2016-2017 estimated to be $11,380 based on total estimated activity levels of service for this jurisdiction.
