29. ACCEPT DONATIONS FROM LAURA TALBOTT, JUDY RADER, KAY SWITZER, WILLIAM SEITTER, AND TAMARA NELSON Accept the following monetary donations totaling $3,850 for the care of the animals from: Laura Talbott of Gilbert AZ, Judy Rader of Phoenix AZ, Kay Switzer of Phoenix AZ, William Seitter of Gilbert AZ, and Tamara Nelson of Goodyear AZ. Donation revenue funds are deposited into Fund 573 as they are received. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations, and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditures of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-79-13-103-D-00)
