33. DONATIONS FROM VARIOUS DONORS Accept monetary donations totaling $3,400 from David Bley of Phoenix, AZ, Jill Tadrowski of Tempe, AZ, Ramona Cauley of Peoria, AZ, Don Lindquist of Fountain Hills, AZ, and Mary Harden and Lynn Morrison of Scottsdale, AZ for the care of the animals. Donation revenue funds are deposited into Fund 573 as they are received. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations, and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditures of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-79-13-106-D-00)
