30. DONATION FROM FRIENDS OF ANIMAL CARE & CONTROL Accept the donation of $19,774.32 from Friends of Animal Care & Control to cover funds expended through the Pets for Life program efforts. Also, approve a revenue and expenditure budget increase to the Animal Care and Control (790) Animal Care and Control Grant Fund (573) Operating (0000) in the amount of $19,775. These revenues are not "local revenues" for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitation, and therefore expenditure of the funds is not prohibited by the budget law. This budget adjustment does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S § 42-17105. (C-79-13-117-D-00)
