25. ARIZONA HUMANE SOCIETY AGREEMENT TO NEW HOPE CATS TO ANIMAL CARE AND CONTROL Approve an Agreement between the Arizona Humane Society, a non-profit corporation organized under the laws of the State of Arizona, 1521 W Dobbins Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85041, and Maricopa County to allow Maricopa County to rescue cats from the Arizona Humane Society at no cost to Maricopa County under the New Hope Program. The term of this Agreement is from April 23, 2013 through June 30, 2016. (C-79-13-119-3-00)
