24. NEW HOPE AGREEMENT WITH ADORABLE DOG RESCUE, LLC Approve an Agreement between Michelle Carpenter, d.b.a. Adorable Dog Rescue, LLC, 3032 E Avalon Dr, Phoenix, AZ 85016 and Maricopa County to allow Adorable Dog Rescue, LLC under the New Hope Program to rescue animals that have been deemed eligible for the New Hope program. Maricopa County will provide a rabies vaccination, dog license tag and new owner transfer fee within the first year of rescue for each dog three months of age or older at no cost to the Contractor. The cost for these services is $41 for each animal rescued. Animal Care & Control estimates 14 new hope rescues over the term of the agreement, for a total of $574. The term of this Agreement is from April 23, 2013 through June 30, 2014. (C-79-13-120-3-00)
