25. INCREASE EXPENDITURE AUTHORITY FOR HALO EXPENDITURES Pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17106B, approve a transfer of FY 2013 expenditure authority from Non Departmental (470) Grants Fund (249) Non Recurring Non Project (0001) to Animal Care and Control (790) Animal Control License Shelter Fund (572) Non Recurring Non Project (0001) in the amount of $700,000. This additional authority is necessary due to expenses associated with building improvements and procedure adjustments due to the partnership with HALO at the Durango Shelter. (C-79-13-140-2-00)
