30. PAWS PLUS ADVERTISEMENT CONTRACT Approve an Agreement between Paws Plus, a corporation, 7115 16th St E, Sarasota, FL 34243, and Maricopa County to allow Paws Plus to insert advertisement into license renewal notices sent to the residents of Maricopa County whose dogs require a rabies vaccination prior to licensing at a rate of $.57 per insert. It is estimated 336,000 license renewal notices will be mailed during the term of the Agreement, totaling $191,520 in revenue. Term of the Agreement is July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2016 with option to renew one additional year. (C-79-13-141-3-00)

28. AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH PAWS PLUS Approve Amendment No. 1 to an Agreement between Paws Plus and Maricopa County through the Animal Care & Control in the not-to-exceed amount of $127,680. The purpose of this amendment is to change assignment of the Agreement to Petco Support Services, LLC. This amendment is effective from September 10, 2014 to June 30, 2016. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect. (C-79-13-141-3-01)
