42. DONATIONS RECEIVED FROM TRUIST COMPRENEN DISTRIBUTION, CAROL RICHARDS, AND NORMA COOK Accept monetary donations from Truist Comprenen Distribution of New York, NY in the amount of $439.21; Carol Richards of Tempe, AZ in the amount of $500; and, Norma Cook of Knoxville, TN in the amount of $250 for the care of the animals. Total donations received $1,189.21. Donation revenue funds are deposited into Fund 573 as they are received. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations, and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditures of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-79-13-150-D-00)
