32. IGA WITH CITY OF LITCHFIELD PARK FOR ANIMAL CONTROL FIELD SERVICES Approve Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Maricopa County through Maricopa County Animal Care & Control and the City of Litchfield Park, for Animal Control Field Services. This IGA is effective from July 1, 2013, through June 30, 2018. The City of Litchfield Park agrees to pay full cost recovery for field services for Fiscal Year 2013-2014 estimated to be $2,206 based on historical levels of service for this jurisdiction. Also, authorize the Office of Management and Budget to adjust the revenue and expenditures for FY2014-2015, FY2015-2016, FY2016-2017, and FY2017-2018 based on service levels. (C-79-13-153-3-00)
