18. IGA WITH THE CITY OF GLENDALE FOR ANIMAL CONTROL FIELD SERVICES Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Maricopa County through Maricopa County Animal Care & Control and the City of Glendale, for Animal Control Field Services. This IGA is effective from July 1, 2013, through June 30, 2018. The City of Glendale agrees to pay full cost recovery for field services for Fiscal Year 2013-2014 estimated to be $314,432 based on historical levels of service for this jurisdiction. Also, authorize the Office of Management and Budget to adjust the revenue and expenditures for FY2014-2015, FY2015-2016, FY2016-2017, and FY2017-2018 based on service levels. (C-79-14-002-3-00)

32. TERMINATE THE IGA WITH CITY OF GLENDALE FOR ANIMAL CONTROL FIELD SERVICES At the request of the City of Glendale, terminate the Intergovernmental Agreement (C-79-14-002-3-00) between Maricopa County through Maricopa County Animal Care & Control and the City of Glendale, for Animal Control Field Services. The termination of the IGA is effective March 31, 2016. (C-79-14-002-3-01)
