32. IGA WITH TOWN OF FOUNTAIN HILLS FOR ANIMAL CONTROL FIELD SERVICES Approve Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Maricopa County through Maricopa County Animal Care & Control and the Town of Fountain Hills, for Animal Control Field Services. This IGA is effective from July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2014 with option to renew for four additional one year terms. The Town of Fountain Hills agrees to pay full cost recovery for field services for Fiscal Year 2013-2014 estimated to be $19,464 based on historical levels of service for this jurisdiction. 31. AMENDMENT TO IGA WITH TOWN OF FOUNTAIN HILLS FOR ANIMAL CARE AND CONTROL SERVICES Approve Amendment No. One to an Intergovernmental Agreement between Town of Fountain Hills and Maricopa County through the Animal Care & Control Department in the not-to-exceed amount of $58,392. The purpose of this amendment is to extend the term of the Agreement to June 30, 2018. This amendment is effective from July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2018. All other terms and conditions of the Intergovernmental Agreement remain in full force and effect. The Board of Supervisors approved the initial Intergovernmental Agreement on September 11, 2013 (C-79-14-033-3-00). The Town of Fountain Hills agrees to pay full cost recovery for field services for Fiscal Year 2015-2016, 2016-2017, and 2017-2018 estimated to be $19,464 annually based on historical levels of service for this jurisdiction.
