26. NEW HOPE AGREEMENT WITH JENNIFER CAMPOS, D.B.A. ARIZONA LABRADOR & GIANT BREED RESCUE Approve an Agreement between Jennifer Campos, d.b.a. Arizona Labrador & Giant Breed Rescue, P O Box 26116, Phoenix, AZ 85068, and Maricopa County to allow Arizona Labrador & Giant Breed Rescue under the New Hope Program to rescue animals that have been deemed eligible for the New Hope program. Maricopa County will provide a rabies vaccination, dog license tag and new owner transfer fee within the first year of rescue for each dog three months of age or older at no cost to the Contractor. The cost for these services is $41 for each animal rescued. Animal Care & Control estimates 9 new hope rescues over the term of the agreement, for a total of $369. The term of this Agreement is from July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2016. (C-79-14-067-3-00)
