35. DONATION FROM INTEL Accept monetary donations from INTEL of Princeton, NJ in the amount of $1,360 and from Jo Ann Pauley of Glendale, AZ for the care of the animals. Total donations received: $1,610. Donation revenue funds are deposited into Fund 573 as they are received. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations, and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditures of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-79-14-075-D-00) 36. BENCH WARMER DONATION Approve the acceptance of a donation from the Phoenix Suns including two tickets to the January 2, 2014 game and a complementary goody bag as a promotional incentive to Bench Warmer adopters. Donation is valued at $300. The Phoenix Suns have donated two tickets to the January 2, 2014 game and a complementary goody bag. Bench Warmer adopters will have their name placed into a drawing for the donation beginning November 1, 2013 through December 15, 2013. The winner will be drawn on December 16, 2013 and presented with their donated prizes. (C-79-14-070-D-00)
