31. NEW HOPE AGREEMENT WITH PAM HARTNEY, D.B.A. SOUL SURVIVORS ANIMAL RESCUE Approve an Agreement between Pam Hartney, d.b.a. Soul Survivors Animal Rescue, P O Box 7374, Cave Creek, AZ 85327, and Maricopa County to allow Soul Survivors Animal Rescue under the New Hope Program to rescue animals that have been deemed eligible for the New Hope program. Maricopa County will provide a rabies vaccination, dog license tag and new owner transfer fee within the first year of rescue for each dog three months of age or older at no cost to the Contractor. The cost for these services is $41 for each animal rescued. Animal Care & Control estimates 60 new hope rescues over the term of the agreement, for a total of $2,460. The term of this Agreement is from July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2016. (C-79-14-079-3-00)
