28. DONATIONS FROM LISA FLEMING, OCOTILLO ANIMAL CLINIC, DRUSILLA WYLIE, AND MICHAEL JOHNSON Accept monetary donations from Lisa Fleming of Goodyear, AZ in the amount of $600; Ocotillo Animal Clinic of Chandler, AZ in the amount of $505; Drusilla Wylie of Mesa, AZ in the amount of $1,500; and, Michael Johnson of Phoenix, AZ in the amount of $10,000 for the care of the animals. Total donations: $12,605. Donation revenue funds are deposited into Fund 573 as they are received. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations, and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditures of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-79-14-092-D-00)
