17. NEW HOPE AGREEMENT WITH ESKIE RESCUERS UNITED - AMERICAN ESKIMO RESCUE Approve an Agreement between Eskie Rescuers United – American Eskimo Rescue, a 501 (c) 3 non-profit corporation, P O Box 2948, Littleton, CO 80161-2948, and Maricopa County to allow Eskie Rescuers United – American Eskimo Rescue under the New Hope Program to rescue animals that have been deemed eligible for the New Hope program. Maricopa County will provide a rabies vaccination, dog license tag and new owner transfer fee within the first year of rescue for each dog three months of age or older at no cost to the Contractor. The cost for these services is $41 for each animal rescued. Animal Care and Control estimates 4 new hope rescues over the term of the agreement, for a total of $164. The term of this Agreement is from July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2015. (C-79-14-137-3-00)
