33. DONATIONS FROM WILLIAM FISHER, BARBARA BIRD, JAK KONRAD, AND DENIS O’SHAUGHNESSY Accept monetary donations from William Fisher, Barbara Bird, Jak Konrad, and Denis O’Shaughnessy for the care of the animals. Total donations received: $1,250. Donation revenue funds are deposited into Fund 573 as they are received. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations, and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditures of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-79-14-138-D-00)
