43. TRANSFER OF EXPENDITURE AUTHORITY In accordance with A.R.S. 42-17106B, approve and authorize the transfer of expenditure authority between the General Government Grants (Fund 249), the Animal Control License Shelter Fund (572), and the Animal Control Grants Fund (573). This action will require an expenditure appropriation adjustment decreasing the FY 2014 General Government Grants (Fund 249) by $725,000 and increasing the FY 2014 Animal Control License Shelter Fund (572) by $575,000 and the Animal Control Grants Fund (573) by $150,000. These adjustments will result in a countywide net impact of zero. Approval of this action will allow the Animal Care & Control Department to use Fund Balance to meet their expenditure obligations in FY 2014. (C-79-14-145-2-00)
