IGA WITH CITY OF BUCKEYE FOR ANIMAL CONTROL FIELD SERVICES Retroactive approval of an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Maricopa County through Maricopa County Animal Care & Control and the City of Buckeye, for Animal Control Field Services. This IGA is effective from July 1, 2013 through June 30, 2015. The City of Buckeye has paid $79,992, the full cost recovery for field services for Fiscal Year 2014. The City of Buckeye agrees to pay the full recovery fee for Fiscal Year 2015 estimated to be $79,992 based on historical levels of service for this jurisdiction. (C-79-15-011-3-00)

AMENDMENT TO IGA WITH CITY OF BUCKEYE FOR ANIMAL CONTROL FIELD SERVICES Approve Amendment No. One to an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Maricopa County through the Animal Care & Control Department in the not-to-exceed amount of $79,992. The purpose of this IGA is to extend the term of the Agreement to June 30, 2016. This amendment is effective from July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2016. All other terms and conditions of the IGA remain in full force and effect. The Board of Supervisors approved the initial IGA on August 13, 2014 (C-79-15-011-3-00). The City of Buckeye agrees to pay full cost recovery for field services for Fiscal Year 2015-2016 estimated to be $79,992 annually based on historical levels of service for this jurisdiction. IGA WITH CITY OF BUCKEYE FOR ANIMAL CONTROL FIELD SERVICES Approve an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Maricopa County through the Animal Care & Control Department in the not-to-exceed amount of $79,992 in FY16 and determined pursuant to Section 14 of this Agreement for subsequent years. This amendment is effective from July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2019. The Board of Supervisors approved an initial IGA on August 13, 2014 (C-79-15-011-3-00). The new IGA is based on updated template language throughout. The City of Buckeye agrees to pay full cost recovery for field services for Fiscal Year 2016 estimated to be $79,992 annually based on historical levels of service for this jurisdiction and recalculated in subsequent years based on Section 14 of the Agreement. The City of Buckeye agrees to pay full cost recovery for field services for July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2019. (C-79-15-011-3-02)

AMENDMENT TO IGA WITH THE CITY OF BUCKEYE FOR ANIMAL CONTROL SERVICES Approve and execute an Amendment to the Intergovernmental Agreement between the City of Buckeye and Maricopa County, administered through Animal Care and Control, for animal control services. The amended terms are as follows: 1. The term of the Agreement is renewed for a two (2) year period, and is effective retroactively for services rendered as of July 1, 2019 and continuing through June 30, 2021. 2. The Compensation Schedule (Appendix A) has been amended to include the service cost for the renewal period. 3. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
