17. NON- RECURRING FUND BALANCE ALLOCATION TO ANIMAL CARE AND CONTROL FOR EAST VALLEY SHELTER REPAIR In accordance with ARS 41-17106, authorize the following amendment of the FY 2015 Animal Care and Control (790) Budget: a) Decrease the expenditure authority in the FY 2015 Non Departmental (470) Grants Fund (249) Non Recurring Non Project (0001) in the amount not-to-exceed of $150,000. b) Increase the expenditure authority in the FY 2015 Animal Care and Control (790) Animal Control License Shelter (572) Non Recurring Non Project (0001) in the amount not-to-exceed of $150,000. These actions will have a County-wide net impact of zero and they do not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. 42-17105. This funding will allow Facilities Management, on behalf of Animal Care & Control, to complete the list of facility maintenance items at the east shelter, so that various customer service areas will be enhanced.
