31. NEW HOPE AGREEMENT WITH HOME 'FUR' GOOD, ANIMAL RESCUE & PLACEMENT Approve an Agreement between Home ‘Fur’ Good, Animal Rescue & Placement, a 501 (c) 3 non-profit corporation, 10220 N 32nd St, Phoenix, AZ 85028, and Maricopa County to allow Home ‘Fur’ Good, Animal Rescue & Placement under the New Hope Program to rescue animals that have been deemed eligible for the New Hope program. Maricopa County will provide a rabies vaccination, dog license tag and new owner transfer fee within the first year of rescue for each dog three months of age or older at no cost to the Contractor. The cost for these services is forty-one dollars ($41) for each animal rescued. Animal Care and Control estimates 390 new hope rescues over the term of the agreement, for a total of $15,990. The term of this Agreement is from March 11, 2015 through June 30, 2018. (C-79-15-090-3-00)
