34. NEW HOPE AGREEMENT WITH ANIMAL RESCUE FRIENDS, LTD. Approve an Agreement between Debbie Yarbrough, d.b.a. Animal Rescue Friends Ltd. and Maricopa County to allow Animal Rescue Friends Ltd. under the New Hope Program to rescue animals that have been deemed eligible for the New Hope program. Maricopa County will provide a rabies vaccination, dog license tag and new owner transfer fee within the first year of rescue for each dog three months of age or older at no cost to the Contractor. The cost for these services is forty-one dollars ($41) for each animal rescued. Animal Care and Control estimates 117 new hope rescues over the term of the agreement, for a total of $4,797. The term of this Agreement is from March 25, 2015 through June 30, 2018. (C-79-15-097-3-00)
