37. DONATIONS FROM ANONYMOUS DONORS AND FROM AMERICAN EXPRESS COMPANY Accept monetary donations totaling $1,703.03 from American Express Company and from anonymous donors attending the Maricopa County Home Show event to be used for the care of the animals. Donation revenue funds are deposited into Fund 573 as they are received. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations, and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditures of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-79-15-108-D-00)
