36. NEW HOPE AGREEMENT WITH SAGUARO STATE BULL TERRIER CLUB Approve an Agreement between Diane Hanson, d.b.a. Saguaro State Bull Terrier Club, 25402 S 156th St, Gilbert, AZ 85298, and Maricopa County to allow Saguaro State Bull Terrier Club under the New Hope Program to rescue animals that have been deemed eligible for the New Hope program. Maricopa County will provide a rabies vaccination, dog license tag and new owner transfer fee within the first year of rescue for each dog three months of age or older at no cost to the Contractor. The cost for these services is forty-one dollars ($41) for each animal rescued. Animal Care & Control estimates 6 new hope rescues over the term of the agreement, for a total of $246. The term of this Agreement is from April 8, 2015 through June 30, 2018. (C-79-15-109-3-00)
