16. NEW HOPE AGREEMENT WITH AMAZING AUSSIES LETHAL WHITE RESCUE OF ARIZONA, INC. Approve an Agreement between Amazing Aussies Lethal White Rescue of Arizona, Inc., a 501 (C) 3 corporation, 3505 E Fairfield Circle, Mesa AZ 85213, and Maricopa County to allow Amazing Aussies Lethal White Rescue of Arizona, Inc. under the New Hope Program to rescue animals that have been deemed eligible for the New Hope program. Maricopa County will provide a rabies vaccination, dog license tag and new owner transfer fee within the first year of rescue for each dog three months of age or older at no cost to the Contractor. The cost for these services is forty-one dollars ($41) for each animal rescued. Animal Care & Control estimates 30 new hope rescues over the term of the agreement, for a total of $1,230. The term of this Agreement is from July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2018. (C-79-15-114-3-00)
