23. DONATIONS FROM RHODA LINDSAY, ROGER ELLIS, JAK KONRAD, KENNETH O’CONNOR, AND DENIS O’SHAUGHNESSY Accept monetary donations totaling $2,000 from Roger Ellis, Jak Konrad, Kenneth O’Connor, Denis O’Shaughnessy, and Rhoda Lindsay for the care of the animals. Donation revenue funds are deposited into Fund 572 as they are received. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations, and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditures of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-79-15-132-D-00)
