17. DONATION FROM ALEX STARKOVICH Accept a monetary donation from Alex Starkovich of Gilbert, AZ in the amount of $1,000 for pre-adoption payment of 50 adoptable animals that have been in the shelter more than 30 days. Donation revenue funds are deposited into Fund 572 as they are received. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations, and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditures of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-79-16-004-D-00)
