27. DONATION OF A VIP PET TAG ENGRAVER AND 325 TAGS Accept a VIP Pet Tag Engraver and 325 blank pet tags donated by Shari Mindlen of Phoenix, AZ, donor valued at $2,990 for the MCACC Foster Program animals. Donation revenue funds are deposited into Fund 572 as they are received. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations, and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditures of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-79-16-011-D-00)
