29. DONATIONS FROM BARBARA BIRD AND CHARLES MCCONNELL Accept a monetary donation from Barbara Bird of Goodyear, AZ in the amount of $250 and Charles McConnell of Mesa, AZ in the amount of $250 for the care of the animals. The total for both donations is $500. Donation revenue funds are deposited into Fund 572 as they are received. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations, and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditures of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-79-16-023-D-00)
