22. DONATION FROM CHRISTINE TATZ Accept a monetary donation from Christine Tatz of Peoria, AZ in the amount of $280 to sponsor the adoption fees for fourteen (14) animals. This donation will allow the animals to go to a forever home at no cost to the adopter. Donation revenue funds are deposited into Fund 572 as they are received. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations, and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditures of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-79-16-028-D-00)
