27. DONATIONS FROM ARIZONA VETERINARY MEDICAL ASSOCIATION AND WEST VALLEY FAMILIES Accept a monetary donation from the Arizona Veterinary Medical Association in the amount of $2,500 and West Valley Families in the amount of $250 for the care of the animals. The total for both donations is $2,750. Donation revenue funds are deposited into Fund 572 as they are received. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations, and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditures of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-79-16-041-D-00)
