27. DONATIONS FROM GARY HYDE, MICHELLE GRACE, LINDA MELENDEZ, VICTORIA LUNA, AND ROBERT CARLSON Accept monetary donations from Gary Hyde for $1,000, Michelle Grace for $500, Linda Melendez $350, Victoria Luna $258, and Robert Carlson for $250 for the care of the animals. The total donations received: $2,358. Donation revenue funds are deposited into Fund 572 as they are received. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations, and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditures of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-79-16-056-D-00)
