28. DONATIONS FROM PATTI KENISTON, MARY AND GREG MAAS, MARLENE REYES AND ALEX STARKOVICH Accept monetary donations totaling $3,720 from Patti Keniston ($620), Mary and Greg Maas ($300), Marlene Reyes ($300), and Alex Starkovich ($2,500) for the care of the animals. Donation revenue funds are deposited into Fund 572 as they are received. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations, and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditures of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-79-16-060-D-00)
