36. DONATION FROM JANET HOFFMANN Accept a monetary donation from Janet Hoffmann of Sante Fe, NM in the amount of $500 for the care of the animals. Donation revenue funds are deposited into Fund 572 as they are received. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations, and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditures of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-79-16-066-D-00) 37. DONATION OF 27 KURANDA BEDS FOR THE ANIMALS AT THE MARICOPA COUNTY ANIMAL CARE & CONTROL CENTERS Accept a donation of 27 Kuranda beds from Katherine Gross of Tempe, AZ, donor valued at $2,140. Kuranda beds provides the animals the opportunity to be elevated off the floor of the kennel when resting. (C-79-16-069-D-00)
