24. DONATION FROM AMERICAN EXPRESS COMPANY FOR THE CARE OF ANIMALS Accept a monetary donation from American Express Company of $733.55 from their employee match program for the care of the animals. Donation revenue funds are deposited into Fund 572 as they are received. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations, and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditures of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-79-16-078-D-00)
