22. DONATIONS FROM RANDY HUNDLEY BASEBALL CAMPS AND PARTNERSHIP FOR ANIMAL WELFARE CLUB (PAW) Accept monetary donations from Randy Hundley Baseball Camps $1,668, and Partnership for Animal Welfare Club $367 for the care of the animals. The total donations received are $2,035. Donation revenue funds are deposited into Fund 572 as they are received. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations, and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditures of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-79-16-085-D-00) 23. NEW HOPE AGREEMENT WITH THE HERMITAGE NO-KILL CAT SHELTER Approve an Agreement between The Hermitage No-Kill Cat Shelter, a 501 (c) 3 non-profit corporation, and Maricopa County to allow The Hermitage No-Kill Cat Shelter under the New Hope Program to rescue cats that have been deemed eligible for the New Hope program. Maricopa County will provide a rabies vaccination for each cat three months of age or older at no cost to the Contractor. The cost for these services is twenty dollars ($20) for each cat rescued. Animal Care and Control estimates 15 new hope rescues over the term of the agreement, for a total of $300. The term of this Agreement is from April 6, 2016 through June 30, 2017. (C-79-16-080-3-00)
