16. DONATIONS FROM THE VISITORS ATTENDING THE MARICOPA COUNTY HOME & LANDSCAPE SHOW FOR THE CARE OF THE ANIMALS Accept a monetary donation from donations collected at the Maricopa County Home & Landscape Show March 4th, 5th, and 6, 2016 totaling $1,193 for the care of the animals. Donation revenue funds are deposited into Fund 572 as they are received. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations, and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditures of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-79-16-088-D-00)
