27. DONATION FROM ALEX STARKOVICH TO SPONSOR ADOPTION FEES FOR 105 LONG-TERM DOGS Accept a monetary donation from Alex Starkovich in the amount of $2,100 to sponsor adoption fees for 105 long-term dogs. Donation revenue funds are deposited into Fund 572 as they are received. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations, and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditures of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-79-16-099-D-00)
