25. DONATION FROM THE INTEL INVOLVED MATCHING GRANT PROGRAM AND INTEL EMPLOYEES FOR THE CARE OF THE ANIMALS Accept a monetary donation of $3,640 from the Intel Involved Matching Grant Program and Intel Employees as a result of Intel employees volunteering in their communities to earn eligible matching funds for the care of the animals. Donation revenue funds are deposited into Fund 572 as they are received. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations, and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditures of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-79-16-106-D-00)
