32. NEW HOPE AGREEMENT WITH SOUTHERN AZ BEAGLE RESCUE Approve an Agreement between Southern AZ Beagle Rescue, a 501 (c) 3 non-profit corporation, and Maricopa County to allow Southern AZ Beagle Rescue located in Tucson, Arizona under the New Hope Program to rescue animals that have been deemed eligible for the New Hope program. Maricopa County will provide a rabies vaccination within the first year of rescue for each dog three months of age or older at no cost to the Contractor. The cost for these services is twenty dollars ($20) for each animal rescued. Animal Care and Control estimates 12 new hope rescues over the term of the agreement, for a total of $240. The term of this Agreement is from July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017. (C-79-16-110-3-00)
