26. GENERAL SERVICES CONTRACT WITH PETCO SUPPORT SERVICES, LLC TO PLACE ADVERTISEMENT INSERTS INTO DOG LICENSE RENEWALS Approve an Agreement between Petco Support Services, LLC, a limited liability company organized in California and doing business in Arizona a foreign limited liability company, 7115 16th St E, Sarasota, FL 34243, and Maricopa County to allow Petco Support Services, LLC to insert advertisement into license renewal notices sent to the residents of Maricopa County whose dogs require a rabies vaccination prior to licensing at a rate of $.57 per insert as revenue. Term of the Agreement is July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2019 with option to renew two (2) additional one (1) year terms. (C-79-16-112-3-00)
