34. TRANSFER OF EXPENDITURE AUTHORITY In accordance with A.R.S. §42-17106(B), approve the transfer of Operating expenditure authority between the Non Departmental Grants Fund and the Animal Care & Control License Shelter Fund and the Field Service Fund. This action will require an expenditure appropriation adjustment decreasing the FY 2016 Non Departmental (470) Non Departmental Grants Fund (249) Operating (0000) by an amount not to exceed $3,100,000 and increasing the FY 2016 Animal Care & Control (790) Animal Control License Shelter Fund (572) Operating (0000) by an amount not to exceed $2,750,000 and the Field Service Fund (574) Operating (0000) by an amount not to exceed $350,000. These adjustments will result in a countywide net impact of zero. Approval of this action will allow the Animal Care & Control Department to use Fund Balance to meet their expenditure obligations in FY 2016. (C-79-16-122-2-00)
