24. DONATION FROM THE ALLIANCE FOR COMPANION ANIMALS Accept a monetary donation from the Alliance For Companion Animals in the amount of $2,909.58 to be used as adoption incentives at the Fix.Adopt.Save. Adoption Event, June 25, 2016. Donation revenue funds are deposited into Fund 572 as they are received. Donation funds are not local revenues for the purpose of the constitutional expenditure limitations, and therefore expenditures of these revenues are not prohibited by the budget law. The approval of this action requested does not alter the budget constraining the expenditures of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S. §42-17105. (C-79-16-133-D-00)
